Meditation for a Beautiful You

Did you know that meditation can bring about a more beautiful face? It has been shown that meditation plays a vital role in reducing stress mentally, spirtually, and physically. Here is a meditation exercise I use and recommend:

Get in a comfortable position - it can be sitting, kneeling, or laying down. You can enhance the experience by lighting a candle or putting on soothing music. Close your eyes and take in a deep breath. Exhale slowly. Focus your thoughts on your breathing. If you have a hard time concentrating, try repeating the words, "Peace" and "Relaxation" in your mind as you breathe.

Try this exercise every morning and night for a month and watch your spirit and beauty soar!
