Get in a comfortable position - it can be sitting, kneeling, or laying down. You can enhance the experience by lighting a candle or putting on soothing music. Close your eyes and take in a deep breath. Exhale slowly. Focus your thoughts on your breathing. If you have a hard time concentrating, try repeating the words, "Peace" and "Relaxation" in your mind as you breathe.
