Just 10 Minutes A Day to Get Fit

I'm ashamed to say that I didn't work out this weekend, unless you call consider this exercise...pushing my friend's SUV because it broke down and lifting heavy boxes out of it. I do know that my arm muscles are a little sore because of it :)

However, I was able to get in a 30 minute workout in. I know that we can all come up with 10-30 minutes out of the day to get some fitness in. I only slept four hours last night, so instead of my usual nap, I opted to workout and it definitely gave me the energy I needed to last the rest of the day.

One of the other ways I get exercise is walking to and from the grocery store to pick up a few things. If the thought of being in a gym full of sweaty people doesn't appeal to you, go for a walk outside. Gas is expensive nowadays! Why not walk? (Of course, if the nearest grocery store is ten miles away, I say drive..)
