SuperSlow Workouts Helps You Lose Weight


I learned about a new type of workout called SuperSlow in the Health & Beauty Magazine, a publication here in San Diego. SuperSlow consists of a high intensity/low impact exercise method in which a person lifts heavy weights in a very slow motion. The exercise increases the body's metabolism and builds muscle, which helps burn extra calories even when you're resting.
