As for me, everyday I become more and more aware of my health and eating healthy. I think it is really important to have a healthy diet and to exercise at least three times a week.
Here are a couple tips I would add to Dr. Waters list:
- Don't drink excessively - drinking can cause liver damage. I don't know what kind of damage it can do to the skin - if any - but drinking is just bad period.
- Meditate morning and night - overall, meditation puts you in a more relaxed and healthy mind state. Your face will be more relaxed and radiant!
