Beauty Review: Skin MD Natural

I'm one who believes in serendipity - that things come at the perfect time. Prime example: A few weeks ago my scalp was going through some serious issues with dryness and itchiness. I was then contacted by a rep of Skin MD Natural asking if I wanted to sample this medicating lotion - and no, I was not paid for this review! I figured why not try it since over 93% of the ingredients are natural.

I mentioned before that I've been using JASON shampoo and conditioner for my dry scalp. Well, after the shower I then rub just a little bit of Skin MD Natural lotion into my scalp. I've been doing that for the past few weeks and my scalp looks and feels soooo much better. I seriously was about to shave off my hair and just soak my head in oil all day before I started using this lotion!

I also tried it on the balls of my feet where my skin tends to get real dry - especially if I've been walking around in heels all day. All you need is a little bit and it definitely goes a long way...I definitely recommend it.

  1. It does sound good. I’m an artist and find that the oils and solvents I use are always drying my hands out and leaving them dry, cracked and sore. This sounds great, especially as it’s non greasy and lasts so long. It seems to be getting some good press too and is worth checking out - Skin MD Natural in the UK. It uses a new advanced scientific proprietary formulation which, apparently, has a moisturizing factor 6 times greater than glycerin, the standard humectant (water absorber) against which all others are measured. It is a shielding lotion which bonds to the skin to keep the irritants out, moisture in and protects the skin in a way a normal moisturizer can’t. Well worth a look.
