Tip For Natural Beauty

Awhile back I asked my Twitter followers if they had any beauty tips to share. Ellen Weber offered a couple good tip for natural beauty:

I agree that keeping your brain young definitely helps keep you physically young and beautiful. Harvard Medical School offers 12 ways to keep your brain young.

I like the idea of getting more physical exercise. I don't really believe in diets. Instead, I stay active and exercise on a regular basis. Even a walk around the block is better than nothing!

I used to think that cardio workouts or running three times a week was ok for me, but I discovered that I really didn't enjoy myself. Nowadays I do yoga and go for long walks. This is enough to keep me energized and fit. One DVD that I've been using is Yoga Zone - Yoga for Abs.

The important thing is to just be active and get your blood flowing! People who are active and energized are happier...and when you're happy, you're less stressed...and when you're less stressed, that natural, inner beauty comes out!
