I've been slacking on my toning and stretching exercises although I still walk a few miles each week. The walking hasn't done much for my tummy, so I'm setting a goal to do the pilates workout at least 3 times a week. Pilates is something completely new to me, so I'm definitely motivated to keep going. I tend to get very bored doing the same exercise routine. When it comes to exercise, mixing it up is good.
Hopefully in a couple months I'll feel confident enough to wear the bikini at the beach!
