In the U.S., one of the hot topics of debate has been healthcare - how much it costs, who's going to pay for it, and on and on and on. Because I manage social media for a client who operates within the healthcare industry, I'm subjected to many of the news headlines surrounding this field.
What I've come to realize is that many people are focused on the wrong things.
Instead of focusing on how healthcare costs are rising, why not just focus on doing the things to stay healthy so you don't have to worry about going to the doctor?
We're living in a fast-paced world where apparently doing two things at once is supposedly better than doing one thing, so now more than ever it's time to really take care of ourselves. There are many things you can do to stay in shape and take care of your inner beauty, which I've talked about in the past such as exercise, eating wholesome foods, meditating, and feeding your mind with positive thoughts.
Another way to be well, which I was reminded of the other day, is juicing. I was watching the Steve Harvey Show where a lady was talking about juicing and how she didn't want to do it because it just didn't sound very appealing to her. She had this idea in her mind that juicing just involved green vegetables, but Steve Harvey taught her that juicing can include fruits too. Juicing recipes can be a combination of fruits and vegetables, which I love.

In my experience juicing has given me energy and stamina, plus it helped me get better much faster when I had a nasty cold.
