Typically you can get a haircut in a high-end salon in Manila for less than $11, so getting my hair trimmed was definitely on my list of things to do during my vacation in the Philippines. My hair looks and feels so much healthier after a trim!

Green Rootine Nourishing Shampoo and Conditioner by JONATHAN Product. What I like about the Green Rootine line is that the products are made of 100% natural ingredients and they don't weigh my hair down. I especially like the minty scent that lingers...
One thing you have to remember when using a shampoo that contains all-natural ingredients is that it doesn't get sudsy or foamy like your typical shampoo does. That's because it doesn't contain sodium lauryl sulfate, which is a synthetic detergent. Just massage the shampoo onto your scalp and hair, and know that it is indeed working to clean your hair.

On those days that you don't wash your hair I recommend trying out a dry shampoo. I've been using the JONATHAN Product Green Rootine Dry Shampoo, which works magically to soak up the excess oil on the hair near my scalp and keeps it looking fresh. This is my first time using dry shampoo and now I'm a believer!
