Product Review: Citrus Clear Natural Tahitian Lime Sensitive Face Wash

Citrus Clear Sensitive Skin Face Cleanser
Winter can do a number on my sensitive skin, and these past couple weeks my face has been dry and blotchy. I decided to switch up my facial cleanser and use the Citrus Clear Face Wash that I've been using on and off for the past few months.

Citrus Clear is a company that specializes in natural skin care for acne and sensitive skin. From their website:
We have a unique holistic approach using citrus ingredients to provide premium, concentrated skin care. We are an evolving company that will continue to focus on ensuring our products are naturally based, eco-friendly, and sustainable.

I love what the company stands for and I do prefer to use natural skin care products, but for face cleansers the one thing I really look for is whether or not it can completely take off my eye makeup. I'm not one to use eye makeup remover. I need a simple routine at night - wash my face, apply moisturizer, and brush my teeth.

So does the Citrus Clear cleanser deliver on the complete eye makeup removal requirement? Absolutely. I do also like the citrus scent. It has a gel-like consistency and does not dry out my skin.

One thing I did notice about this product was the long list of ingredients. I'm not sure whether that's a good or bad thing - just an observation. Out of curiosity, I randomly selected a few ingredients and Googled them including Phenoxyethanol, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, and Ethylhexyl Glycerin.

Citrus Clear Face Wash is currently on sale for $22 (Reg. $28) on their website.

If you have used any of Citrus Clear's products, what do you think?
