Exercise: The Best Way to Get In a Good Mood

Yesterday I was in a bit of a funk, but I got my butt off the couch anyway and met my friend to go hiking. When we finally stopped, I turned around to look at the view and realized that life really is good and I was suddenly filled with so much gratitude.

If you ever feel start feeling a little down and out I highly recommend doing some form of exercise because it will release those feel good endorphins - even if it's just a five minute walk around the block.

Oh, and a nice chunk of chocolate can help, too.
