For the Bargain Hunter: Piperlime's Final Shoe Sale

With winter behind us, retailers want to get rid of all that fall/winter inventory - which means it's the perfect time to find deals for next fall and winter! (Ah, who cares if it's last season's stuff!) I was browsing Piperlime's Final Sale and came across quite a few shoes I think could still be worn during the summer and into the fall.

Metallics are still pretty big, so I'm thinking about this pair of Steve Madden's. Normally $80, it's on sale for $31.97...and now you can get an extra 15% off on top of the sale price!

Piperlime's secret sale! Enjoy 15% off women’s final sale shoes, already up to 70% off. Enter TOPSECRET at checkout by April 27.

Aw, crap, I just remembered that I was on a clothing fast! No shoes for me ;(

Fashion Find: Baby Phat Rhinestone & Leopard Wedge Shoes

Baby Phat Leopard Print Wedge
My shoe collection is not that exciting. I have quite a few heels, but they're all solid colors. There's brown suede, black, copper metallic...boring. This fall I've decided to liven up the wardrobe a little and have some fun.

One print that I'm starting to fall in love with is leopard print. There's something about leopard print that screams sultry, sexy, and oh, so fabulous. Even if you just wear a solid-color outfit - it's the leopard print shoes that turn it into a sortof edgy look.

Zappos.com is my favorite place to shop online for shoes because they have free shipping both ways. If the shoes don't fit - no worries!

Well, I've fallen in love with these Baby Phat Rhinestone/Leopard Print Wedge shoes. What makes these even more glamorous is that the Baby Phat logo is in rhinestones - although I could do without the logo...Still pretty, nonetheless.

Check out more Baby Phat fashion...

I Dream of Ballet Flats

When I was a young diva I wanted to take ballet lessons, but my parents insisted that I learn piano. So, piano it was but it didn’t stop me from dreaming about pink tutus and ballerina shoes. I ended up checking out a book from the library about ballet and taught myself how to pirouette - but that’s another story...

Ever since then I’ve had a love affair with ballet flats and every spring I go on the hunt for the perfect ballet flat. This spring it seems as if everyone is sharing in my love affair, so I wanted to share a few of them that have caught my eye...Cole Haan - Women's Air Maye Ballet

For something causal and simple, I came across this
leather ballet flat by Cole Haan
. I don’t know if you know just how comfortable Cole Haan shoes are! They’re very cushioned with the Nike Air technology, so you could practically walk all day in Cole Haan shoes.

Add a little shine to your outfit with these Tapeet Elastic Ankle Strap Ballet Flat. They’re fun and dainty-looking...

Foxy-Mama Shoes

Chinese Laundry - Women's FoxyI'm on the hunt for a new shoe wardrobe!

One brand that I like not only because of it’s affordable pricing, but the shoes are very stylish and are pretty well-made....and that’s Chinese Laundry. The shoes pictured here are fun, yet they can be worn for professional meetings or a night on the town. They’re pretty sexy with the peep-toe, but in a subtle way.
